The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC of Barangay Mariroc will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid. All particulars related to the eligibility statement and screening, bid security, performance bid, pre-bidding conference, evaluation of bids, post qualification and award of contract shall be governed by the pertinent provisions of RA 9184 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR).
