PAGCOR accepts no liability for damage to goods/items during transit. 3. A minimum of one (1) year warranty shall apply to parts and services. 4. All works shall be supervised by a Licensed Professional Electrical Engineer. DATE OF DELIVERY Three (3) Calendar Days upon receipt of the Purchase Order TERMS OF PAYMENT: Payment shall be processed upon completion of delivery and issuance of the Certificate of Final Acceptance.
