TERMS OF REFERENCE (JORS no. 2015) Project Description Supply of labor, materials and equipment for the renovation of second floor comfort room of the MCWD Central Warehouse, Manansala Compound, San Rafael, Mabiga, Mabalacat, Pampanga Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): Seventy thousand pesos (₱70,000.00) Contract Duration: Twenty (20) calendar days Scope of Work Site preparation. Inspect and measure the work area before starting, including the existing door opening, floor drain, water and wastewater connections, ceiling and electrical points. Photograph existing conditions, coordinate access and the temporary unavailability of the comfort room with MCWD, and protect the 2nd floor structure and adjacent warehouse areas. Removal and surface preparation. Carefully remove existing finishes, fixtures and ceiling components only to the extent needed for the renovation. Repair and prepare substrates for waterproofing, tiles, shelving and fixtures. Safely segregate and dispose of debris at an approved location; protect parts of the room and warehouse that will remain. Waterproofing and tiles. Waterproof the affected wet-area floor, shower area, wall-to-floor junctions and pipe penetrations using a system suitable for an upper-floor comfort room. Allow the system to cure and demonstrate that it does not leak to the space below before concealing it. Install 600 mm by 600 mm floor and wall tiles to the drawing and MCWD-approved samples, with neat cuts, aligned joints, complete grout and proper slope toward the existing floor drain. Plumbing and fixtures. Supply and install one water closet with bidet, one wash basin with an open concrete shelf, one shower set and one portable stainless-steel utility sink outside the comfort room. Make secure supply and waste connections; furnish the traps, valves, connectors, sealants and supports necessary for proper operation.
