Napo, Dapitan City Purpose: For the Repair of Three (3) Makeshift Classrooms at Oro National High School - Napo Extension, Brgy. Napo, Dapitan City, Zamboanga del Norte Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): Php 456,407.24 (inclusive of all applicable taxes) Source of Fund: Special Education Fund (SEF) • Prospective bidders should have expertise in undertaking a similar project within the last three (3) years with an amount of at least 50% of the proposed project for bidding. • Bidders shall submit their bids through their respective duly authorized representatives using the forms specified in the Bidding Documents in two (2) separate sealed bid envelopes containing their technical and financial documents. • Documents submitted must be in accordance with the checklist provided and must have a corresponding label or name plates. • The eligibility check/screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria.
