CONSTRUCTION OF EVACUATION CENTER BUILDING PHASE II, CAGRARAY ISLAND (P.B. No. 2026-028)

Republic of Philippines Province of Albay Municipality of Bacacay Invitation to Bid for the Construction of Evacuation Center Building Phase II, Cabasan Sub-Office Compound, Cabasan, Bacacay, Albay 1) The Local Government Unit of Bacacay, through the MDRRMF 2025 Supplemental intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Nine Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand Five Hundred Thirty Pesos & 19/100 (₱7,973,530.19), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Evacuation Center Building Phase II, Cabasan Sub-Office Compound, Cabasan, Bacacay, Albay (Public Bidding No. 2026-028). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Bacacay now invites bids for the Improvement and Repair of LGU Extension at Barangay Cabasan, Bacacay, Albay. Completion of the Works is required 180 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
