The Provincial Government of Bukidnon, through General Fund CY-2026 intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Sixty-Six Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Four Pesos Only (₱ 566,224.00) being the Approved Budget Contract to payments under the contract for “SUPPLY AND DELIVERY OF 1 LOT DIETARY SUPPLIES FOR PSWDO” for Provincial Government of Bukidnon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening. 2. The Provincial Government of Bukidnon now invites for the "Supply and Delivery of 1 Lot Dietary Supplies for PSWDO”. Delivery of goods depends on the end user. (Staggered basis and progress billing) upon the receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the project(s). The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the bidding documents, particularly in section II (Instruction to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through an open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA 12009. a. Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in the IRR. 4. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Provincial Government of Bukidnon and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. 5. A complete set of Bidding Document may be acquired by the interested Bidders on October 3, 2026 to October 15, 2026 from the given address and websites below upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest guidelines issued by the GPPB in the amount of 1,000.00.
