Tomas, Batangas (Lat 14.095320 Long 121.161966) Appropriations : Php 21,870,000.00 Type of Fund/Source : General Fund Engineering Capital Outlay, Supplemental Budget No. 3 C.Y. 2026 Prospective bidders should possess a valid PCAB License applicable to the contract, have completed a similar contract with a value of at least 50% of the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), and have key personnel and equipment (listed in the eligibility Forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary pass/fail criteria in the Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids. The BAC will conduct post-qualification of the lowest calculated bid.
