CONSTRUCTION OF EVACUATION ROUTES

Republic of the Philippines Province of Leyte MUNICIPALITY OF CAPOOCAN BRGY. TALAIRAN -oOo- CAPOOCAN BIDS AND AWARD COMMITTEE INVITATION TO BID for CONSTRUCTION OF EVACUATION ROUTES 1. The BLGU TALAIRAN, CAPOOCAN, LEYTE, through the BDRRMF-STF intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED SIXTY-FOUR THOUSAND FIVE PESOS AND 88/100 ONLY (Php564, 005.88) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF EVACUATION ROUTES. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The BLGU TALAIRAN OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required within 27 calendar days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 9184. 4. Interested bidders may obtain further information from BLGU TALAIRAN OF CAPOOCAN, LEYTE and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am – 5:00 pm – Monday -Friday from October 04, 2026 – October 12, 2026. If not the proprietor, persons authorized by the supplier to purchase and drop bidding documents in his/her behalf, are required to submit a notarized authorization letter along with a valid identification.
