INVITATION TO BID FOR Various Drugs and Medicines (Subject to Framework Agreement) 1) The Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center, using a single-year Framework Agreement through the National Expenditure for CY 2027 intends to apply the sum of Thirty-Three Million One Hundred Seventy-Three Thousand Three Hundred Ninety-Four Pesos and 50/100 Only (PHP 33,173,394.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Various Drugs and Medicines with IB N0. PB-GOODS 2027-004. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Amang Rodriguez Memorial Medical Center now invites bids for the Procurement of Various Drugs and Medicines with IB N0. PB-GOODS 2027-004 . Delivery of the Goods is required Thirty (30) calendar days after issuance of a Call-Off. Bidders should have completed, at least two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders. 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009.
