Republic of the Philippines Province of Iloilo Municipality of Guimbal Rizal Street, Guimbal, Iloilo The Local Government Unit of Guimbal, Rizal Street, Guimbal, Iloilo, through its Bids and Award Committee (BAC), invites Contractors to submit bids for the following Contract: 1. Contract Name: Repair/Rehab of Nalundan Shoreline Protection Contract Location: Guimbal, Iloilo Brief Description: Shoreline Protection Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC): Php 4,200,000.00 Source of Funds: General Fund Contract Duration: 75 calendar days Cost of Contract Bidding Documents: P 4,500.00 The BAC is conducting the public bidding for this Contract in accordance with RA 9184 and its revised Implementing Rules and Regulations. To be eligible to bid for this contract, a contractor must meet the following major requirements: (a) Filipino citizen or 75% Filipino-owned partnership/corporation with PCAB License for Size Range, (b) completion of a similar contract costing at least 50% of the ABC, and (c) Net Financial Contracting Capacity (NFCC) at least equal to the ABC. The Local Government Unit of Guimbal will use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria in the eligibility check, preliminary examination of bids, evaluation of bids, post-qualification, and award.
