Republic of the Philippines Province of Samar Catbalogan City -o0o- INVITATION FOR PROCUREMENT INFRA 2026-059 CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE PAVEMENT, PUROK 2 AND PUROK 3, BRGY OLD MAHAYAG, CATBALOGAN CITY The City Government of Catbalogan, through the 20% DF 2026, intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P500,000.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) with a contract duration of Forty-Five (45) calendar days from the receipt of notice to proceed under Rule IV Section 34 of RA 12009 SMALL VALUE PROCUREMENT for INFRA 2026-059 CONSTRUCTION OF MULTI-PURPOSE PAVEMENT, PUROK 2 AND PUROK 3, BRGY OLD MAHAYAG, CATBALOGAN CITY. A partial bid is not allowed; Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
