INVITATION TO BID FOR VARIOUS INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS Project ID NO. : 2026-10-004 1. Barangay Taloy Norte, through the 20% Barangay Development Fund Budget CY 2025 and 20% BDF CY 2024 approved by the Sangguniang Bayan intends to apply the corresponding sums of the following projects listed below being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for ONE LOT. The Barangay Taloy Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Projects. Completion of the Works is (see expected contract duration listed above for each lot). Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in th
