COMPLETION OF MULTI-PURPOSE BULDING AT PUROK 2 LIBORAN BAUNGON BUKIDNON

Republic of the Philippines Province of Bukidnon Municipality of Baungon Invitation to Bid for Completion of Multi-Purpose Building at Purok-2 Liboran, Baungon, Bukidnon 1) The Municipal Government of Baungon, Bukidnon, through the Budget for the contract approved by the Sanggunian year 2025, intends to apply the sum of ₱ 490,784.12 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion of Multi-Purpose Building at Purok-2 Liboran Baungon Bukidnon. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipal Government of Baungon, Bukidnon, now invites bids for above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required 75 Calendar Days. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from Municipal Government of Baungon, Bukidnon and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 16, 2026 from the address below and upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of ₱ 500.00.
