REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES CITY GOVERNMENT OF OROQUIETA Bids and Awards Committee City of Good Life Invitation to Bid for the Completion of City Agriculture Office Building (Phase III), Brgy. Lower Lamac, Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental (Second Notice) 1) The City Government of Oroquieta, through the Supplemental Budget No. 2 CY 2026 – General Fund Proper intends to apply the sum of Three Million One Hundred Ten Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty-Five Pesos and Fifty-Five Centavos (PhP3,110,855.55), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Completion of City Agriculture Office Building (Phase III), Brgy. Lower Lamac, Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental, with Project ID No. INF-09-2026. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The City Government of Oroquieta now invites bids for the Completion of City Agriculture Office Building (Phase III), Brgy. Lower Lamac, Oroquieta City, Misamis Occidental [Description of Works to be done: Part II. Other General Requirements-6.23%; A. Earthworks-3.49%; B. Plain and Reinforced Concrete Works-13.53%; C. Finishings & Other Civil Works-73.22%; D. Electrical-3.53%] Completion of the Works is required within One Hundred Seventeen (117) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4)
