INVITATION TO BID The Mactan-Cebu International Airport Authority (MCIAA), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested bidders to participate in the bidding of the herein described project as follows: Name of Contract One (1) Lot- Aeronautical Survey of Camotes Airstrip (Project Identification No. 09-1365-26) Location MCIAA, Lapu-lapu City Brief Description Project is intended for Registration of the Camotes Airstrip Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) Php9,548,000.00 Contract Duration Two Hundred Calendar (200) Days Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary pass/fail criteria as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009. Prospective bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a similar project as defined in the BDS and a value of at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC, and meet the other minimum eligibility requirements stated in the Instructions to Bidders (ITB). Bidding is restricted to sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. A complete set of Bidding Documents may be obtained by prospective bidders on October 5, 2026 up to October 26, 2026 @ 1:30 P.M., at the New MCIAA Corporate Building, Mactan-Cebu International Airport, upon payment of a non-refundable fee of Php9,500.00. All bids must be accompanied by a bid security in any of the acceptable forms and in the amount stated in the ITB. Late bids shall not be accepted. Bids received that exceed the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.
