Republic of the Philippines LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF TINAMBAC, CAMARINES SUR Municipal Compound, Binalay, Tinambac, Camarines Sur -oo0oo- INVITATION TO BID FOR Installation/Improvement of Street Lighting System at Brgy. Mananao & Brgy. Bagacay, Tinambac, Camarines Sur 1) The Local Government Unit of Tinambac, through the Municipal Development Fund (20% MDF) – FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of One Million Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty Two Pesos and Six Centavos (₱1,499,942.06) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation/Improvement of Street Lighting System at Brgy. Mananao & Brgy. Bagacay, Tinambac, Camarines Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Tinambac now invites bids for Installation/Improvement of Street Lighting System at Brgy. Mananao & Brgy. Bagacay, Tinambac, Camarines Sur. Completion of the Works is required on December 29, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Office, Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) Bldg., Municipal Compound, Binalay, Tinambac, Camarines Sur and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during Office Hour
