Supply and Delivery of Furniture and Fixtures to be used at the Pampanga State University Lubao Campus

Republic of the Philippines PAMPANGA STATE UNIVERSITY (former Don Honorio Ventura State University) INVITATION TO BID FOR the Supply and Delivery of Furniture and Fixtures to be used at the Pampanga State University Lubao Campus 1) The Pampanga State University (former DHVSU), through the Fund 07-TR (Trust Fund) for the Fiscal Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Seventy Four Thousand Thirty Five Pesos & 31/100 Only (P874,035.31) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Supply and Delivery of Furniture and Fixtures to be used at the Pampanga State University Lubao Campus (Contract No. 207-PampangaStateU-2026). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Pampanga State University, through the Fund 07-TR (Trust Fund) for the Fiscal Year 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Hundred Seventy Four Thousand Thirty Five Pesos & 31/100 Only (P874,035.31) for the Supply and Delivery of Furniture and Fixtures to be used at the Pampanga State University Lubao Campus (Contract No. 207-PampangaStateU-2026) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for each lot/item. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each lot shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Pampanga State University now invites bids for the above Procurement Project . Delivery of the Goods is required within Thirty (30) calendar days after Receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
