Invitation to Bid for Completion/ Upgrading/ Repair of Libertad Polyclinic 1) The Local Government Unit of Libertad, Antique through the HFEP 2025 intends to apply the sum of P2,940,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Completion/ Upgrading/ Repair of Libertad Polyclinic. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Libertad, Antique now invites bids for the construction of road, concreting drainage and slope protection located at Brgy. Union, Libertad, Antique. Completion of the Works is required in 90 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
