APPROVED BUDGET COST: P 320, 000.00 Source of fund: 20% Development Fund of 2026 Prospective bidders should have pass the PCAB license to the contract have complete a similar contract with at least 50% of the ABC, the key personnel and equipment (listed in the eligibility forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post qualifications of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. All particulars relative to illegibility screening, bid security & bidding conference, evaluation of bids, post qualification & performance bond shall be governed by pertinent provisions of RA 9184 and its IRR.
