Materials Portland Cement 15 bags Sand 1 cu.m. Culvert 36” 8 pieces Pipes, 1 ½” dia 6 roll Jetmatic Pump (Manual) 6 unit APPROVED BUDGET COST: P 200, 000.00 Source of fund: 20% Development Fund of 2026 Prospective bidders should have pass the PCAB license to the contract have complete a similar contract with at least 50% of the ABC, the key personnel and equipment (listed in the eligibility forms) available for the prosecution of the contract. The BAC will use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criteria. Post qualifications of the lowest calculated bid shall be conducted. All particulars relative to illegibility screening, bid security & bidding conference, evaluation of bids, post qualification & performance bond shall be governed by pertinent provisions of RA 9184 and its IRR.
