REHABILITATION OF FLOOD CONTROL (BRGY. DAWIS, GASAN, MARINDUQUE)

Republic of the Philippines Province of Marinduque MUNICIPALITY OF GASAN Invitation to Bid for the REHABILITATION OF FLOOD CONTROL (BRGY. DAWIS, GASAN, MARINDUQUE) 1) The Municipality of Gasan, Marinduque through the 20% Development Fund CY 2026-Municipal Sponsored Project intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Forty-Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Forty-Four Pesos and Sixty-Nine Centavos (Php449,944.69) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Rehabilitation of Flood Control (Brgy. Dawis, Gasan, Marinduque). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipality of Gasan, Marinduque now invites bids for the Rehabilitation of Flood Control (Brgy. Dawis, Gasan, Marinduque). Completion of the Works is required within twenty-seven (27) calendar days from the receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed within three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from BAC Secretariat, Second Floor, Gasan Municipal Building, Brgy. Dos, Gasan, Marinduque and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday to Friday. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders from October 6, 2026 up to 4:30 in the afternoon of October 12, 2026 at the BAC Secr
