Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipality of Sablan now invites bids for CONSTRUCTION OF GENERATOR HOUSE LOCATED AT MUNICIPAL COMPOUND, POBLACION, SABLAN, BENGUET.
