Republic of the Philippines Batangas City Invitation to Apply for Eligibility and to Bid The Barangay Government of Barangay Pagkilatan, Batangas City intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Eighty Six Thousand Seven Hundred Thirteen Pesos Only (Php 186,713.00) broken down as follow: ITEM Brief Description SUB-ABC Lot 1 PURCHASE OF OTHER SUPPLIES AND MATERIALS Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid Opening. The Barangay Government of Barangay Pagkilatan, Batangas City now invited Bods from eligible Bidders for the Supply and delivery of the above-named procurement. Delivery of the GOODS is required within 10 calendar days upon contract signing/ The description of an eligible Bidder is contained in Section II of the Bidding Documents ITB. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Office and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. A complete set of bidding documents may be purchased by interested Bidders from the Office of the BAC Chairman located at Barangay Pagkilatan, Batangas City. The Bidding Documents shall be received personally by the prospective Bidder or his / her authorized representative. Bids and eligibility requirements must be delivered to the address below on or before 2:00 pm of October 12, 2026 late bids shall not be accepted. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in any of the following form: FORM LOT I 1.
