INVITATION TO BID 1) The Provincial Government of Sorsogon, through the 20% Development Fund Unappropriated Surplus 2025 , intends to apply the sum corresponding to each project as the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the following contracts. Bids received in excess of the ABC for each project shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 1.1 Project Name : Repair of Buildings at Casiguran Technical Vocational School Project Description : Repair of Buildings Project Reference No. : CW26-10-067 Project Location : Casiguran, Sorsogon ABC : P 7,650,000.00 Duration : 105 Calendar Days Source of Fund : 20% DF Unappropriated Surplus 2025 2) The Provincial Government of Sorsogon now invites bids for the above Works. Completion of the Works is required as stated for each project. Bidders should have completed a contract similar to the Project within the period required in the Bidding Documents. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly in Section II – Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non- discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. The Single/Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (S/LCRB) shall be used as the criteria for contract award.
