INVITATION TO BID Job Order - Labor, Materials and Equipment Rental for the Fabrication of 150-Units Padyak with Passenger Seat and Driver’s Shade for the “Padyak ng Pangarap for Small Transport Workers Livelihood Initiative” under DILP Program, Public Employment Services Office (PESO), Tabaco City Contract ID: CB_GOODS_2026-10-0016 1) The City Government of Tabaco, through the Trust Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Eight Hundred Thousand Pesos and 00/100 (Php 4,800,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC), to payments under the contract for Job Order - Labor, Materials and Equipment Rental for the Fabrication of 150-Units Padyak with Passenger Seat and Driver’s Shade for the “Padyak ng Pangarap for Small Transport Workers Livelihood Initiative” under DILP Program, Public Employment Service Office (PESO), Tabaco City with Contract ID CB_GOODS_2026-08-0013. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The City Government of Tabaco now invites bids for the Job Order - Labor, Materials and Equipment Rental for the Fabrication of 150-Units Padyak with Passenger Seat and Driver’s Shade for the “Padyak ng Pangarap for Small Transport Workers Livelihood Initiative” under DILP Program, Public Employment Service Office (PESO), Tabaco City. Delivery of the Goods requires sixty (60) calendar days. Bidders should have completed at least 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
