INVITATION TO BID FOR HEMATOLOGY (COAGULATION) Reagents under Machine Tie-Up ITB No. 2027-LS-007 1) The JOSE R. REYES MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER, through the General Appropriations Act FY 2027 intends to apply the sum of Seven Million Four Hundred Sixteen Thousand pesos (Php7,416,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for HEMATOLOGY (COAGULATION) Reagents under Machine Tie-Up. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The JOSE R. REYES MEMORIAL MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for HEMATOLOGY (COAGULATION) Reagents under Machine Tie-Up using the Framework Agreement Strategery. Delivery of the Goods is required Seven (7) working days upon receipt of Call-Off Order. Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
