Rehabilitation of Awitan – Tabas Road, Paracale, Camarines Norte 2nd Bidding

INVITATION TO BID for the Rehabilitation of Awitan – Tabas Road, Paracale, Camarines Norte 2nd Bidding 1. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte, through the 20% Development Fund AB2026 intends to apply the sum of Nineteen Million Nine Hundred Eighty-Five Thousand Two Hundred Fifty-Six Pesos and Ninety-One Centavos (P19,985,256.91) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Rehabilitation of Awitan – Tabas Road, Paracale, Camarines Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Provincial Government of Camarines Norte now invites bids for the Reblocking/Concreting of 871.00LM x 6.10m x 0.23m road with 0.50m shoulder on both sides. Completion of the Works is required 240 CD. Bidders should have completed, within 10 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instructions to Bidders). 3. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA).” Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4.
