Cawit, Boac, Marinduque (REBIDDING) 1) The Marinduque Provincial Government, through the PROVINCIAL ENGINEERING OFFICE – GENERAL FUND CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION SIX HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED NINETY-SIX PESOS and 93/100 (P2,650,596.93) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Furnishing of Labor, Materials and Equipment Rentals for the Repair and Maintenance of Cawit-Tugos Provincial Road, located at Brgy. Cawit, Boac, Marinduque (REBIDDING). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Marinduque Provincial Government now invites bids for Furnishing of Labor, Materials and Equipment Rentals for the Repair and Maintenance of Cawit-Tugos Provincial Road, located at Brgy. Cawit, Boac, Marinduque (REBIDDING). Completion of the Works is required sixty-five (65) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from Provincial Government of Marinduque and inspect the Bidding Documents
