Cruz, Marinduque (REBIDDING) 1) The Marinduque Provincial Government, through the 20% DF Reprogrammed SB No. 1 S. 2026 – Installation of Solar Powered Water Pump, Alobo, Baliis, Kasily, Morales, San Isidro, Tamayo, Taytay intends to apply the sum of TWO MILLION NINETY-NINE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED EIGHTEEN PESOS and 22/100 (P2,099,618.22) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Furnishing of Labor / Materials / Equipment Rental for the Installation of Solar Powered Water Pump (Package 1), Brgy. Alobo, Baliis, Kasily, Morales, San Isidro, Tamayo, Taytay, Sta. Cruz, Marinduque (REBIDDING). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Marinduque Provincial Government now invites bids for Furnishing of Labor / Materials / Equipment Rental for the Installation of Solar Powered Water Pump (Package 1), Brgy. Alobo, Baliis, Kasily, Morales, San Isidro, Tamayo, Taytay, Sta. Cruz, Marinduque (REBIDDING). Completion of the Works is required eighteen (18) calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within two (2) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%)
