Improvement and Rehabilitation of Eye Clinic SDNPH, Brgy. Sta. Cruz, Placer, Surigao del Norte 1) The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte, through the (4918) 20% DF, 2026 SB2 GF AO 02 S2026 SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION (1-07-04-030) HOSPITALS AND HEALTH CENTERS intends to apply the sum of Two Million One Hundred Thousand Pesos (Php 2,100,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for IMPROVEMENT AND REHABILITATION OF EYE CLINIC (CW-REHAB-26-08). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Provincial Government of Surigao del Norte now invites bids for the above Procurement Project, with the following scope of works: General Requirements, Masonry Works, Electrical Works, Ceiling Works, Painting Works, Tile Works, Doors and Windows, Plumbing Works, Furniture’s and Fixtures, Mechanical Works. Completion of the Works is required within Forty-five (45 CD). Bidders should have completed, within 3 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
