BUILDING, RENOVATION OF GROUND FLOOR, PUBLIC TOILETS AT 2ND FLOOR, STRUCTURAL RETROFITTING WORKS AND CONSTRUCTION OF LINK BRIDGE AND POWER SUPPLY UPGRADE - 240 CALENDAR DAYS IB2026-0117 1) The BATANGAS MEDICAL CENTER, through the GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT 2026,intends to apply the sum of SEVENTY-EIGHT MILLION PESOS ONLY (Php 78,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the COMPLETION OF 3RD FLOOR O.B. BUILDING, RENOVATION OF GROUND FLOOR, PUBLIC TOILETS AT 2ND FLOOR, STRUCTURAL RETROFITTING WORKS AND CONSTRUCTION OF LINK BRIDGE AND POWER SUPPLY UPGRADE - 240 CALENDAR DAYS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The BATANGAS MEDICAL CENTER now invites bids for above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is required WITHIN 240 CALENDAR DAYS UPON RECEIPT OF NOTICE TO PROCEED. Bidders should have completed, within THE LAST FIVE (5) YEARS from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a nondiscretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
