Republic of the Philippines LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF TINAMBAC, CAMARINES SUR Municipal Compound, Binalay, Tinambac, Camarines Sur -oo0oo- INVITATION TO BID FOR Concreting of Local Access Road at Brgy. San Vicente, Tinambac, Camarines Sur 1) The Local Government Unit of Tinambac, through the Municipal Development Fund (20% MDF) – FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Eight Pesos and Fifty Five Centavos (₱499,998.55) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Concreting of Local Access Road at Brgy. San Vicente, Tinambac, Camarines Sur. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Tinambac now invites bids for Concreting of Local Access Road at Brgy. San Vicente, Tinambac, Camarines Sur. Completion of the Works is required on December 2, 2026. Bidders should have completed, within Five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
