Republic of the Philippines Province of Northern Samar MUNICIPALITY OF PAMBUJAN BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE Invitation to Bid for the INSTALLATION AND SUPPLY OF HYBRID SOLAR POWER SYSTEMS FOR THE MUNICIPAL RISK REDUCTION AND MANAGEMENT OFFICE (MDRRMO), AND EXECUTIVE BUILDING (MUNICIPAL HALL) 1) The Local Government Unit of Pambujan, Northern Samar, through the MDRRMO Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Million Three Hundred Seventy Thousand Fifty-Six Pesos and Ninety-Nine Centavos (Php4,370,056.99) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation and Supply of Hybrid Solar Power Systems for the Municipal Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), and Executive Building (Municipal Hall). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Pambujan, Northern Samar now invites bids Installation and Supply of Hybrid Solar Power Systems for the Municipal Risk Reduction and Management Office (MDRRMO), and Executive Building (Municipal Hall). Delivery of the Goods is required within the delivery period stated in Section VI Schedule of Requirements of the Bidding Documents.
