REQUEST FOR QUOTATION (RFQ) Samar State University (SSU), through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites price quotations for the procurement of the following items not available in the PS-DBM through Small Value Procurement (SVP), pursuant to Section 34 of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR), for the Supply and Delivery of Hotel Accommodation with Meals/Food Supplies for the conduct Administration Division Midyear Performance Review Catch-Up Planning and Team Building 2026, with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Four Hundred Thousand pesos (PhP256,400.00).
