Invitation to Bid for CONSTRUCTION OF TEMPORARY LEARNING SHELTER LOCATED AT DIMAKANIT HIGH SCHOOL, DIMAKANIT, TULUNAN, COTABATO 1) The Municipal Government of Tulunan, through the Special Education Fund 2026 intends to apply the sum of ₱500,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for CONSTRUCTION OF TEMPORARY LEARNING SHELTER LOCATED AT DIMAKANIT HIGH SCHOOL, DIMAKANIT, TULUNAN, COTABATO. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipal Government of Tulunan now invites bids for Construction of Temporary Learning Shelter located at Dimakanit National High School, Dimakanit, Tulunan, Cotabato. Completion of the Works is required 60 calendar days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
