Invitation to Bid for Construction of Multipurpose Building Cum Evacuation Center 1) The Local Government Unit of Barangay Nasucob, through the Department of Social Welfare and Development – Payapa at Masaganang Pamayanan – Community Driven Peace and Development (DSWD PAMANA-CDPD) Program Grants intends to apply the sum of Two Million Sixty-Five Thousand Seven Hundred Fifty-Nine Pesos and Eighty-Three Centavos Only (Php 2,065,759.83) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Multipurpose Building Cum Evacuation Center. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Barangay Nasucob now invites bids for Construction of Multipurpose Building Cum Evacuation Center Completion of the Works is required in 70 calendar days from the date of receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
