INVITATION TO BID The Local Government of Polanco, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), invites interested parties to apply for eligibility and to bid for the hereunder contract. Name of Contract/Project: Construction of Outdoor Stage at Barangay Bethlehem, Polanco, Z.N. Location: Barangay Bethlehem, Polanco, Zamboanga del Norte Approved Budget for the Contract : ₱ 800,000.00 Contract Duration: Sixty (60) calendar days The prospective bidders should have experience in undertaking a similar project of at least Ten (10) years. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section 52.4.1.3, Instruction to Bidders. The Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of the Republic Act (RA) 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Reform Act”. The bidding is restricted to Filipino citizen/sole proprietorships, partnerships, or organizations with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. Interested bidders may obtain further information and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during regular office hours.
