Republic of the Philippines Mountain Province Municipality of Bontoc BARANGAY MAINIT Invitation to Bid NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT FOR TWO-FAILED BIDDINGS Purchase of One(1) Unit Brand New Vehicle QLR TILT 4-Wheeler EURO IV 2025 (PR2026-8-01) 1.The Barangay Local Government Unit of Mainit, through its Barangay Development Fund/Annual Budget intends to apply the sum of One Million Six Hundred Sixty Nine Thousand Pesos (P 1,669,000.00), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the above stated project. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2.The Barangay Local Government Unit of Mainit Bids and Award Committee (BAC) now invites technically, legally, and financially capable suppliers for the said project. 3.The Procurement procedure for this requirement is Negotiated Procurement for Two- Failed Bidding pursuant to Section 64 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009. The selection of the successful offer shall be based on the best and final offer that will be submitted on the set deadline to the BAC and which would meet the minimum technical specifications required. 4.The interested bidders may obtain further information from the BAC Secretariat at the address given below from October 7 to October 13,2026, Monday to Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. 5.A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested Bidders starting on October 8,2026 from the given address and website(s) below. 6.The Barangay Local Government Unit of Mainit Bids and Award Committee (BAC) Negotiation Meeting on 14 October 2024 at 09:00 AM at BAC Office,Barangay Hall,Mainit,Bontoc,Mountain Province. 7.Two (2) copies of the proposals (one original and one copy) must be submitted to the Barangay Local Government Unit of Mainit Bids and Award Committee (BAC) which must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat through manual submission at BAC Office,Barangay Hall,Mainit,Bontoc,Mou
