Improvement of Civic Center (Phase 1) at Barangay Rizal, Quinapondan, Eastern Samar

The Barangay Government of Brgy. Rizal, Quinapondan, Eastern Samar, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to apply the sum of Five Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand One Hundred Forty Four Pesos and 80/100 (Php 599,144.801), under the 20% BDF of the Approved Annual Budget C.Y. 2026, being the Approved Budget for the contract (ABC), to payment under the contract for the Improvement of Civic Center (Phase 1) at Barangay Rizal, Quinapondan, Eastern Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. The Barangay Government of Brgy.
