INVITATION TO BID FOR THE Supply and Delivery of Two (2) Units of Passenger Van for the Legislative and Executive Offices of the Municipality of Paranas, Samar (Re-Bid) NO. PAR G-2026-09 1) The Local Government Unit of Paranas, through the General Fund, intends to apply the sum of Five Million Five Hundred Thousand Pesos (₱5,500,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Supply and Delivery of Two (2) Units of Passenger Van for the Legislative and Executive Offices of the Municipality of Paranas, Samar. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Paranas now invites bids for Supply and Delivery of Two (2) Units of Passenger Vans for the Legislative and Executive Offices of the Municipality of Paranas, Samar. Delivery of the Goods is required Sixty (60) Calendar Days from the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, at least one (1) contract similar to the Project, the value of which, adjusted to current prices using the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) Consumer Price Index (CPI), must be at least fifty percent (50%) of the ABC, or Php 2,750,000.00.
