Republic of the Philippines Municipality of Hingyon Barangay Namulditan Barangay Bids and Awards Committee Publication No. 2-2026 (First Posting) INVITATION TO BID for INSTALLATION OF BARANGAY SOLAR LIGHTS 1)The Barangay Local Government Unit of Hingyon, through the Local Government Support Fund-Growth Equity (LGSF-GE), intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Thousand One Hundred Sixty Pesos and 82/100 (Php. 900,160.82), being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contractor for “INSTALLATION OF BARANGAY SOLAR LIGHTS” at Hingyon, Ifugao. . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2)The Barangay Local Government Unit of Namulditan, Hingyon now invites bids for INSTALLATION OF BARANGAY SOLAR LIGHTS, at Namulditan, Hingyon, Ifugao.[ A brief description of the scope of Works should be provided, including quantities, location of project, and other information necessary to enable potential bidders to decide whether or not to respond to the invitation.] Completion of the Works is required within 20 calendar days reckoned from receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within the last 5 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, with a contract amount of at least 50% of the ABC from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
