Installation of Streetlights at Bocaue Public Market

Republic of the Philippines Province of Bulacan Municipality of Bocaue INVITATION TO BID FOR INSTALLATION OF STREETLIGHTS AT BOCAUE PUBLIC MARKET 1 The Municipality of Bocaue, through the Annual Appropriation 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Eighty Eight Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty Two Pesos & 60/100 (Php 488,862.60) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Installation of Streetlights at Bocaue Public Market with Project/Contract Reference No. 2026-100. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Municipality of Bocaue now invites bids for the Installation of Streetlights at Bocaue Public Market within the Municipality which covers expenses for the manpower and equipment rental for the completion of the desired scope of work the required completion of the project is within 45 days upon Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within one year from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 9184, otherwise known as the “Government Procurement Reform Act”. (i) Bidding is open to all interested bidders, whether local or foreign, subject to the conditions for eligibility provided in IRR of RA 9184. 4.
