Invitation to Bid Under R.A 12009 for One Job Order for the REPAIR/IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL GYMNASIUM located at POBLACION, SULOP, DAVAO DEL SUR (C-111-26) Second Opening 1)The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur, through the CY 2026 - PROJECTS FUNDED FROM LOAN PROCEEDS - SUPPLEMENTAL BUDGET NO. 1 intends to apply the sum of P30,000,000.00 being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for One Job Order for the REPAIR/IMPROVEMENT OF MUNICIPAL GYMNASIUM located at POBLACION, SULOP, DAVAO DEL SUR (C-111-26). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2)The Provincial Government of Davao del Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Completion of the Works is requires 240 Calendar Days Contract Duration. Bidders should have completed, for the last three (3) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, (ITB). 3)Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”.
