Republic of the Philippines Province of Eastern Samar Municipality of Guiuan Guiuan, Eastern Samar INVITATION TO BID FOR PROCUREMENT OF EQUIPMENT FOR EVACUATION CENTER (SIRUNGAN HA GUIUAN) , GUIUAN EASTERN SAMAR 1. The Local Government Unit of Guiuan through the 70% of 5% Calamity Fund for F.Y. 2026 intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Seven Thousand Five Hundred Pesos Only (Php 497,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Various Guiuan, Eastern Samar, Goods 2026-10-07. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2. The Local Government Unit of Guiuan now invites bids for Procurement of Various Equipment for the Evacuation Center (Sirungan Ha Guiuan) Guiuan, Eastern Samar. Delivery of the Goods is required 15 days. Bidders should have completed, at least two years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project. Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR of RA No. 12009. 4. Interested Bidders may obtain further information from Bids and Awards Committee and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below during business hours from 8:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday to Friday excluding holidays and non-working days. 5.
