Republic of the Philippines PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL NORTE Municipality of Sibutad BIDS AND AWARDS COMMITTEE October 12, 2026 INVITATION TO BID The Local Government Unit of Sibutad, Zamboanga del Norte under P.R. No. GFP100-2026-08-182 dated August 25, 2026 with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND (PHP 200,000.00) PESOS ONLY for the project “Procurement of Fuel for Mayor’s Office - Rebid” this municipality intends to invites prospective bidders to Apply for Eligibility and to Bid. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the Bid Opening, to wit: The Local Government Unit of Sibutad, Zamboanga del Norte, now invites potentials bidders to apply for eligibility and to bid for the project “Procurement of Fuel for Mayor’s Office - Rebid” minimum eligibility requirement stated in the eligibility forms, shall be evaluated on a pass/fail basis. The deadline of submission of eligibility shall be on or before October 19, 2026. Only those bidders passing the ELIGIBILITY CHECK will be entitled to purchase the Bidding document. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive as specified in the implementation Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act. (R.A. 12009), otherwise known as the New Government Procurement Act and is restricted unless otherwise stated to organization with at least seventy five percent (75%) interest outstanding capital stock belonging to the citizens of the Philippines. In accordance with IRR (part of R.A. 12009), only bids from bidders who pass eligibility check will be opened. The Bidder with the Lowest Calculated Bid (LCB) shall advance to the post -qualification stage in order to finally determine its responsive to the technical and financial requirement of the project. The contract shall then be awarded to the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder (LCRB) who was determined as the winning bidder during the post - qualification.
