INVITATION TO BID FOR THE RE-BID: PROVISION OF INTERNET ACCESS VIA LOW EARTH ORBIT SATELLITES (PIALEOS) FOR PUBLIC MARKETS 1) The Department of Information and Communications Technology - Regional Office 1, through the Special Account in the General Fund - Free Public Internet Access Program intends to apply the sum of Five Million Five Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (Php 5,550,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Re-Bid: Provision of Internet Access via Low Earth Orbit Satellites (PIALEOS) for Public Markets. Delivery of the Goods is required within thirty (30) calendar days upon the receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
