Advertisement/Posting of Invitation to Bid: OCTOBER 12, 2026 2. Issuance of Bid Documents: OCTOBER 13, 2026 3. Dateline of Submissions and Opening of Bids: OCTOBER 19, 2026 (1:00 PM) Bids must be delivered on or before OCTOBER 19, 2026, 1:00 P.M, Bid Opening shall be in the presence of the bidder’s representative who choose to attend at the Municipal Function Hall, 2nd Floor, Government Center, Poblacion, Bayog, Zamboanga del Sur. Interested bidders may obtain further information from the LGU-Bayog Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given during office hours from 9:00 a.m to 4:00 p.m. The Eligibility Check/Screening as well as the Preliminary Examination of Bids shall use non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) 12009, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act” The BAC reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any defect or formality, assume no obligation whatsoever to compensate indemnity to the contractor/bidder for any expense that they incur in the preparation of bid to accept the bid most advantageous to the government.
