PROPOSED BEAUTIFICATION OF NAIC MUNICIPAL HALL, TOWN PLAZA AND ABC PARK

PB-2026-INFRA-031 INVITATION TO BID FOR PROPOSED BEAUTIFICATION OF NAIC MUNICIPAL HALL, TOWN PLAZA AND ABC PARK 1) The Municipal Government of Naic through the 2026 GENERAL FUND/TOURISM/MO intends to apply the sum of NINE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php 900,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for PROPOSED BEAUTIFICATION OF NAIC MUNICIPAL HALL, TOWN PLAZA AND ABC PARK . Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Municipal Government of Naic now invites bids for PROPOSED BEAUTIFICATION OF NAIC MUNICIPAL HALL, TOWN PLAZA AND ABC PARK . Completion of the Works is required within fifteen (15) days. Bidders should have completed, within five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders (ITB). 3) Bidding will be conducted through competitive bidding procedures using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in the IRR, otherwise known as the “New Government Procurement Act (NGPA)”. Bidding is restricted to Filipino citizens/sole proprietorships, cooperatives, and partnerships or organizations with at least sixty percent (60%) interest or outstanding capital stock belonging to citizens of the Philippines. 4) Interested bidders may obtain further information from Municipal Government of Naic and inspect the Bidding Documents at the address given below from 8:00 am. to 5:00 p.m. 5) A complete set of Bidding Documents may be acquired by interested bidders on October 12- 20, 2026 from the address below upon payment of the applicable fee for the Bidding Documents, pursuant to the latest Guidelines issued by the GPPB, in the amount of One Thousand Pesos Only.
