QTY UNIT OF ISSUE DESCRIPTION APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC) UNIT COST ₱ TOTAL COST ₱ 1 1 PACKAGE LIGHTS, SOUNDS AND LEDWALL Provision of a complete professional-grade lights, sounds and LED wall system suitable for a large-scale outdoor event, including a minimum 112 ft. x 20ft. outdoor LED wall (P3.9 or better) with video processor, switcher and complete accessories; professional sound system with line-array speakers, subwoofers,stage monitors,digitalmixing console, wireless and wired microphones, and complete audio accessories; stage lighting system consisting of moving heads, LED PAR lights, blinder/front lights, haze machine and DMX lighting controller; and appropriate power supply/generator, cabling and safety accessories. The rental shall include delivery, installation,testing,techninal operators/crew,event operation,troubleshooting , dismantlng and hauling, with all applicable taxes and incidental expenses included. Equipment shall be professional-grade, in good working conditon, and suitable for the venue and activity.
