Republic of the Philippines Province of Quezon MUNICIPALITY OF PANUKULAN Invitation to Bid IMPROVEMENT OF WHARF, SO. PINAG-AGAN – PAG-ITAN 1) The Local Government Unit of Panukulan, Quezon through the 20% Municipal Development Fund (MDF) intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Sixty-Three Pesos and 9/100 (Php. 499,863.09) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Improvement of Wharf – Sitio Pinag-agan –Pag-itan/ 2026-35. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening. 2) The Local Government Unit of Panukulan, Quezon, through the Bids and Awards Committee now invites bids for the above procurement project. Completion of the Works is required within Forty-Five (45) calendar days, upon receipt of Notice to Proceed. Bidders should have completed, within ten (10) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II (Instruction to Bidders). 3) The preliminary examination of bids shall be conducted using a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion as specified in Section 59 the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 12009. The award shall be given to the bidder with the Lowest Calculated Responsive Bid (LCRB) following procedures under Sections 61 and 63 of the same IRR.
